I compiled xmms 1.0.1 and *quickly* pkg_delete'd it and installed the previous version that shipped on the 3.4 CDs. It would play MP3s but the GUI interface would not update the "scope" and responding to volume changes, rewind, stop, start, etc. from mouse events either didn't happen or took 10 seconds. I'm using the pcm driver with a PCI128 (the "old" one with the 1370 chipset). -Jr -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= | John Reynolds WCCG, CCE, Higher Levels of Abstraction | | Intel Corporation MS: CH6-210 Phone: 480-554-9092 pgr: 602-868-6512 | | jreynold@sedona.ch.intel.com http://www-aec.ch.intel.com/~jreynold/ | =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
