Actually they seem to be only missing from the HEAD. That is almost OK. The format hacks should be treated sparately, at least if we are going to totally remove the old bits for them. > What part of history is missing from contrib/gcc? Perhaps not a lot, since most of it went missing before gcc.295. We have removed all the old history of gcc except possibly from releases cdroms and other backups. I only have 3 versions of i386.c,v online -- the ones in FreeBSD-1, gcc.295 and the current one.
