Just updated from FreeBSD-4.2 to FreeBSD-4.4 today.  Now, when I'm in VI, 
I'm getting spurious errors that say:

Error: input: Resource temporarily unavailable

This happens when I pull a file into vi, then press <RETURN> to get down a 
few lines.

What might be causing this?
