I'm confused Amancio. Just saw this post yesterday from you:

Amancio Hasty:
 |Hi Guys,
 |
 |glquake does not work on FreeBSD :(
 |
 |And I don't know what the problem is so far .

But I have a gob of saved mail on quake/glquake stuff from you I've kept
around until I upgraded to 3.0-current, and just haven't had a chance to
get to yet since I did my upgrade 3 weeks ago:

Amancio Hasty:
 |For those interested I managed to get glquake going over here .
 |A little bit more hacking and I will never run glquake on Win95 !!
...
 |The mouse works.
...
 |P.S.: Is okay to stop playing glquake and post a short message to the list 8)
...
 |Due to Pierre Beyssac <pb@fasterix.freenix.org> recent bug fixes
 |to the socket layer on FreeBSD 3.0 -current , glquake and quake2
 |now work on FreeBS 3.0 -current with no specific hacks like
 |I had in the linux layer.

So I guess before I invest any time with Quake & GLQuake in particular
(particularly now that I have a Canopus Pure3D in my box :-), I wanted to
find out what the straight story is with GLQuake on 3.0-current.

(BTW, any 3DFX tips/pointers to other cool stuff/works in progress/etc. on
FreeBSD -current would be appreciated as well.)

Thanks,

Randall
