These two links were considered important enough that they needed to be directly accessible from every page (rather than buried in one of the site's sections), but at the same time did not need to be particularly prominent. They are the kind of links that are likely to be "one-off" clicks, and not visited on a regular basis, so they are not as important as the rest of the main navigation items. Emily
