Amq -f option

   The "-f" option causes Amd to flush the internal mount map cache.
This is useful for Hesiod maps since Amd will not automatically notice
when they have been updated.  The map cache can also be synchronised
with the map source by using the `sync' option (*note Automount
Filesystem::.).
