Subject: new sup targets for ports

There is a new sup target, "ports-all", which includes everything
except ports-distfiles.  It has releases "current" and "cvs".

Also, there are two new directories, pkg and templates, at the
toplevel of the ports tree.  Please add them to ports-base.
