Are there images of these cd's by disk on line? Speak nicely to WC or write to orders@cdrom.com - they may replace it for you. Disk 2 contains a live filesystem (ie, the files in a live system as they would be shortly after installation), a copy of the web pages as they were in July, and a copy of the CVS (source) repository from then too. There is nothing there that you need to perform the reinstall. The CVS repository would give you a head start in setting up CVS and avoid that first l-o-n-g cvsup run. -- Adrian Wontroba, Stade Computers Limited. phone: (+44) 121 681 6677 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-doc" in the body of the message From owner-freebsd-doc Sun Nov 22 16:45:15 1998 Return-Path: Received: (from majordom@localhost) by hub.freebsd.org (8.8.8/8.8.8) id QAA03458 for freebsd-doc-outgoing; Sun, 22 Nov 1998 16:45:15 -0800 (PST) (envelope-from owner-freebsd-doc@FreeBSD.ORG) Received: from hawk.prod.itd.earthlink.net (hawk.prod.itd.earthlink.net [207.217.120.22]) by hub.freebsd.org (8.8.8/8.8.8) with ESMTP id QAA03453 for ; Sun, 22 Nov 1998 16:45:13 -0800 (PST) (envelope-from brucedw@earthlink.net) Received: from bruce-wexler (pool010-max9.ds18-ca-us.dialup.earthlink.net [209.179.12.60]) by hawk.prod.itd.earthlink.net (8.8.7/8.8.5) with SMTP id QAA11718 for ; Sun, 22 Nov 1998 16:44:39 -0800 (PST) Message-ID: <000701be167b$3cf61020$3c0cb3d1@bruce-wexler> From: "Bruce Wexler" To: Subject: unable to downlaod fdimage.exe...
