I've also included a prebuilt binary based on the 4.4 release for those that want to just load and go. This version is able to commission a compact flash card, the last version did not include a functional disk driver and was missing some needed tools. A compact flash bootable version is in the works. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-small" in the body of the message From owner-freebsd-small Sun Sep 23 19:31: 6 2001 Delivered-To: freebsd-small@freebsd.org Received: from otto.oss.uswest.net (otto.oss.uswest.net [204.147.85.81]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with SMTP id C3EEF37B437 for ; Sun, 23 Sep 2001 19:30:59 -0700 (PDT) Received: (qmail 41896 invoked by uid 1001); 24 Sep 2001 02:31:10 -0000 Date: Sun, 23 Sep 2001 21:31:10 -0500 From: Pete McKenna To: Chuck TheMascot Cc: freebsd-small@FreeBSD.ORG Subject: Re: Kernel panic w/ Picobsd 4.4 & tftp boot Message-ID: <20010923213110.A41133@otto.oss.qwest.net> References: Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline User-Agent: Mutt/1.2.5i In-Reply-To: ; from freebsdfan@hotmail.com on Sat, Sep 22, 2001 at 09:59:40AM -0700 Sender: owner-freebsd-small@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk List-ID: List-Archive: (Web Archive) List-Help: (List Instructions) List-Subscribe: List-Unsubscribe: X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG I was getting the same panic when using tftp with mfs_in_kernel. Switching to a seperate MFS fixed the problem. It would be better to fix the problem, but this works as a reliable workaround here.
