Hi,
do we have a maintainer for the used UIDs in the porters hanbook?
If yes: I need the next free UID (92) for the soon to be committed port
'www/interchange':
interch:*:92:92:Interchange user:${PREFIX}/interchange:/sbin/nologin
If not: who is willing to review my changes to the porters handbook
before I commit them?
Bye,
Alexander.

I don't know the answer for that one: it seemed to me that there was no
specific person.

FYI, 92 is already taken, it went to gdm2 just a couple of days before.

I think it is ok to send them to this list (freebsd-doc). We can review it.

Seems the website is outdated... ok, if it's not documented at the time
I look at the change for the porters handbook, I will add it too.

Debian has a package that, when installed, sends out a list of all the
installed packages on that computer. For each package, the number of
computers it is installed on is published at

The Netscape 6 ports are marked RESTRICTED because of their licensing, so
packages should not appear on the FTP sites. I've also marked them
FORBIDDEN because of a security bug, but perhaps corrected versions will
be available someday.
