We will move ftp2.ru.freebsd.org to Macomnet. mirror.macomnet.net has a quite good domestic and internatinal connectivity, ftp, http and rsync access. I'll update the Handbook after the switch. -- Maxim Konovalov From owner-freebsd-hubs@FreeBSD.ORG Sat Sep 25 00:25:53 2004 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-hubs@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.FreeBSD.org (mx1.freebsd.org [216.136.204.125]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 7FD0416A4CE; Sat, 25 Sep 2004 00:25:53 +0000 (GMT) Received: from shrike.submonkey.net (cpc2-cdif3-6-0-cust204.cdif.cable.ntl.com [81.103.67.204]) by mx1.FreeBSD.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 317E143D3F; Sat, 25 Sep 2004 00:25:53 +0000 (GMT) (envelope-from setantae@submonkey.net) Received: from setantae by shrike.submonkey.net with local (Exim 4.42 (FreeBSD)) id 1CB0Ns-000Lvv-Hz; Sat, 25 Sep 2004 01:25:52 +0100 Date: Sat, 25 Sep 2004 01:25:52 +0100 From: Ceri Davies To: Gareth McCaughan Message-ID: <20040925002552.GY2493@submonkey.net> Mail-Followup-To: Ceri Davies , Gareth McCaughan , doc@freebsd.org, hubs@FreeBSD.org References: <200409241946.09076.gmccaughan@synaptics-uk.com> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/signed; micalg=pgp-sha1; protocol="application/pgp-signature"; boundary="c8/nVrK+l7NVnhuJ" Content-Disposition: inline In-Reply-To: <200409241946.09076.gmccaughan@synaptics-uk.com> X-PGP: finger ceri@FreeBSD.org User-Agent: Mutt/1.5.6i Sender: Ceri Davies cc: doc@freebsd.org cc: hubs@FreeBSD.org Subject: Re: CVSUP mirrors in the UK and the FreeBSD handbook X-BeenThere: freebsd-hubs@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.1 Precedence: list List-Id: FreeBSD Distributions Hubs: mail sup ftp List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Sat, 25 Sep 2004 00:25:53 -0000 --c8/nVrK+l7NVnhuJ Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable On Fri, Sep 24, 2004 at 07:46:08PM +0100, Gareth McCaughan wrote: > The current version of the Handbook says that there are mirrors > in the UK at cvs{,2,3,4}.uk.freebsd.org . The correct list to deal with this is hubs@FreeBSD.org, who I have duly CC'd.
