It looks reasonable now. Unfortunately, due to the free-form nature of GNATS, PRs are very difficult to parse reliably, and adding bits in manually aggravates the situation somewhat. For future reference: - The script expects a single space before each line of a reply (message body only). - Adding "--- patchname.diff (begins|ends) here ---" before/after patches allows them to be easily found. - The PR's URL (http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=3Dxxxxx) is expected after Responsible-Changed-Why on a line of its own. - There should be a single empty line between each reply/state-change block. If you find any more badly-handled PRs (that can't be fixed with the above), let me know. You only risk that you are not being helped with those things. So, i will close the PR; please contact either the freebsd-www mailinglist or contact the gnats-admins to see what happened, if people think this is worth a PR for that, get back to me and I will reopen it with the most recent information included. Please fetch them from your ISP (or use ipconfig /all within a windows command shell) and do the following while being root (superuser) under FreeBSD: # echo 'nameserver ip-of-one-nameserver-here' >> /etc/resolv.conf Trying pinging some site now, does that work? Please note that I will close the PR since this is not a problem but a userquestion, please reply to me alone so that we can try to resolve this. Also please note that we have http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions which might be the perfect place for this question. Thanks for trying FreeBSD though!
