I've seen that in Greece all
ftp.gr.freebsd.org
ftp1.gr.freebsd.org
ftp2.gr.freebsd.org
all point to the same server. So we 've added a new mirror for FreeBSD
in our public http/ftp mirror.

Here are the mirror details in case you want to add them
to your official mirror list:
