Actually, such bugs are more likely to hit than compiler or OS bugs. I'd suggest to build unbound with debugging symbols and to obtain a backtrace in order to get an idea what the actual problem could be. Marius [/quote] Maybe the same applies to your situation. I didn't build unbound with debugging symbols ever since and worked with bind instead, but I guess with php you're a bit stuck in terms of alternatives. I don't know. First I upgraded the Apache22. Then Apache didn't work. So I thought that if I upgrade all the ports it will work. I thought it was some dependency problem. Then I upgraded all the ports. Among them where Postfix and Dovecot which also stopped working. The Postfix can work only if it's not compiled with TLS support. So I think it has something to do with the openssl from ports. I will try to reinstall the packages dependable upon openssl but with WITH_OPENSSL_BASE=yes in make.conf, and then see if the problem continues. -- Marko Lerota Sent from my Gnus Mailer Claresco IT Tel: +385-1-2987-007 Mob: +385-91-3000-750 http://www.claresco.hr From owner-freebsd-sparc64@FreeBSD.ORG Mon Jan 10 17:40:53 2011 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-sparc64@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:4f8:fff6::34]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id C92F7106564A for ; Mon, 10 Jan 2011 17:40:53 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from mlerota@claresco.hr) Received: from eu1sys200aog103.obsmtp.com (eu1sys200aog103.obsmtp.com [207.126.144.115]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with SMTP id 22AD18FC12 for ; Mon, 10 Jan 2011 17:40:52 +0000 (UTC) Received: from source ([209.85.214.48]) by eu1sys200aob103.postini.com ([207.126.147.11]) with SMTP ID DSNKTStEo31VNeXQ2FoDQCl+vcR47EkKjy9Y@postini.com; Mon, 10 Jan 2011 17:40:53 UTC Received: by mail-bw0-f48.google.com with SMTP id 8so19819928bwz.35 for ; Mon, 10 Jan 2011 09:40:51 -0800 (PST) Received: by 10.204.68.76 with SMTP id u12mr5926337bki.57.1294681251646; Mon, 10 Jan 2011 09:40:51 -0800 (PST) Received: from cosmos.claresco.hr (zid.claresco.hr [89.201.163.42]) by mx.google.com with ESMTPS id j11sm15820773bka.0.2011.01.10.09.40.49 (version=TLSv1/SSLv3 cipher=RC4-MD5); Mon, 10 Jan 2011 09:40:50 -0800 (PST) From: Marko Lerota To: freebsd-sparc64@freebsd.org In-Reply-To: <87oc7oybp6.fsf@cosmos.claresco.hr> (Marko Lerota's message of "Mon, 10 Jan 2011 17:18:13 +0100") Organization: *BSD Users - Fanatics Dept. I found now that for *shure* it has something to do with ssl. I tested it on Dovecot port (known IMAP/POP mail server). I compiled the port with SSL support from ports and from BASE. None of them worked. Then I compiled the port without support of SSL, and everything is working OK. Now I don't have support for SMTP-TLS, IMAPs, HTTPS and Spamassassin checks that uses SSL. But at least I know where the problem is :-). Am I the only one with the problems out there? I don't beleive that I'm the only one who uses sparc with ssl services. It would be great if someone could install apache22 with SSL or dovecot with SSL just for test, so we can see if I'm the only one with this problem. Or it is some major mess with openssl and ports. I would do that, but this is my only SPARC that I have access to. -- Marko Lerota Sent from my Gnus Mailer Claresco IT Tel: +385-1-2987-007 Mob: +385-91-3000-750 http://www.claresco.hr From owner-freebsd-sparc64@FreeBSD.ORG Mon Jan 10 17:50:38 2011 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-sparc64@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:4f8:fff6::34]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id EE8B9106564A for ; Mon, 10 Jan 2011 17:50:38 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from mlerota@claresco.hr) Received: from eu1sys200aog108.obsmtp.com (eu1sys200aog108.obsmtp.com [207.126.144.125]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with SMTP id 47A808FC17 for ; Mon, 10 Jan 2011 17:50:36 +0000 (UTC) Received: from source ([209.85.214.53]) by eu1sys200aob108.postini.com ([207.126.147.11]) with SMTP ID DSNKTStG62slkBBaQY4VXm4VInN1ZiXoMIMI@postini.com; Mon, 10 Jan 2011 17:50:38 UTC Received: by bwg12 with SMTP id 12so16964070bwg.40 for ; Mon, 10 Jan 2011 09:50:35 -0800 (PST) Received: by 10.204.119.17 with SMTP id x17mr7888020bkq.86.1294681835387; Mon, 10 Jan 2011 09:50:35 -0800 (PST) Received: from cosmos.claresco.hr (zid.claresco.hr [89.201.163.42]) by mx.google.com with ESMTPS id b6sm15021037bkb.10.2011.01.10.09.50.33 (version=TLSv1/SSLv3 cipher=RC4-MD5); Mon, 10 Jan 2011 09:50:34 -0800 (PST) From: Marko Lerota To: freebsd-sparc64@freebsd.org In-Reply-To: <87k4icy7vi.fsf@cosmos.claresco.hr> (Marko Lerota's message of "Mon, 10 Jan 2011 18:40:49 +0100") Organization: *BSD Users - Fanatics Dept.
