I removed that rule because it was no longer necessary to set the environment. Sorry. Two more comments...there is an extra / in DESCR. Well Andrey, everything is a utility in some sense. ;) Things like astrology, tarot, and other fortune-telling things have only one home right now, and that's games. Maybe if we get enough astronomy ports in the future, we can move it there (hope our resident astronomers won't object), but until now, I think it belongs to games more than utils. Or should we make an "occult" category? (I'm actually half-serious here, I love tarot and will make a port in 5 microseconds if someone writes a program.) * Please, return it back. Well, the original porter thought it was for games, I imported it first into utils because I thought it was for "astronomy", not "astrology". A simple mistake on my part, so please forget about the utils import. I will regard your proposal as "move it into utils". I think it should be removed entirely pending the creation of some sort of 3rd category. Saying it's a `utility' only presupposes that Astrology has some intrinsic merit, and there are many who feel that it does NOT. To classify it as a mere game, however, only offends people like Andrey who feel that it DOES. It's not an issue we will debate here, I hope, and I would simply like to point out to Andrey that if he feels badly about people with negative views of Astology trying to make him change his, then he should also consider that the opposite is equally true. I say we remove it and either go away and think about it for awhile or pick some rapid and probably non-ideal compromise like "newage" and rename it One More Time. I was thinking more about a word with the highest match potential.. :) Hmmm. I guess the tarot originated around the same time, yes? Facinating stuff. Concocted by a race of raving barely post-sentient apes, of course, but still very interesting in its own way. I prefer >'misc' myself. "Magik/Magic" might even be a good place. Prefered spelling is 'magick', here some background info: "Magick" was a common spelling of the word in the Elizabethan period. It appears spelled with a K in John Dee's diaries which date from the 1580's. I suspect that this in particular held an attraction for Crowley, as he believed himself to be the reincarnation of Edward Kelly. In English print, the -ick ending began to change to -ic about 1700; by about 1730 -ic was much more frequent than -ick; by 1800 -ick was effectively extinct in English print. Johnson's 1755 Dictionary views -ick as a lost but noble cause. Americans were about 40 years behind the trend: -ick can still be found in American print until about 1840. -- Andrey A. I have decided that this happens so often I am simply going to let the ports Attic areas pile up for 90 days, then do a mass clean of them. Perhaps if I waste every one elses disk space less errors like this will be made :-) :-). -- Rod Grimes rgrimes@gndrsh.aac.dev.com Accurate Automation Company Reliable computers for FreeBSD
