hello

just one question into this close to empty list - what ports to other
architectures is currently worked on:

* i386 is working - ok - is somebody _actually_ working on smp ? (i know there
is something but is it at the moment worked on ?)
* sparc - as far as i know there was a port - does it still exist and will it
  continue ?
* arcorn risc pc - sometime i heard that this one died but the www-page says
there are plans to go on - will it ?
* alpha - someone said there was somebody working on a port - it this true and
  how far is it ?
* what about the power-pc - is terry working on it ?
* what other ports are in progress or planned ?

can please give someone a bit information - because everything i hear is of
the kind "i heard that ..." - whats the current state ?

many thanks in advance - a courious t

p.s.: i think it might be a good idea to collect all this information maybe
for the www.freebsd.org - just'n idea
