2.2-stable still hangs or reboots if I do couple mounts too fast on
shell script or with cut&paste.

Reboot:
mount -u -o async,noatime /
mount -u -o async,noatime /u
mount

This works:
mount -u -o async,noatime /
sleep 1
mount -u -o async,noatime /u
sleep 1
mount
