Are there any known issues with kernel panics in FreeBSD 4.1.1? Here is the
rule set I am trying to use and it gets a kernel panic every time about 30
seconds after I execute the rules.

ipfw -f flush
ipfw -f pipe flush
ipfw add 1 pipe 1 ip from 192.168.0.0:255.255.255.0 to 0.0.0.0/0
ipfw add 1 pipe 1 ip from 0.0.0.0/0 to 192.168.0.0:255.255.255.0
ipfw pipe 1 config bw 204Kbit/s

This problem does not occure on FreeBSD 4.0
