Hello all - I have recently purchased a Linksys Ethernet pcmpc100 card for my IBM Thinkpad, and it appears there are several entries in pccard.conf but none refer specifically to this "VERSION" card...When inserted it first says "Linksys PCMPC100 V3 not found in database", so I modified the entry for the PCMPC100 card and added V3 to the end...sounded simple enough ;) Unfortunately it didn't work quite as well as I'd hoped. It then was able to find the card, but gave me the error: pccard[54]: Config id 3 not present in this card. This error occurs whether I use the auto config option in the pccard.conf entry: config 0x3 "ed" ? or the more other: config auto "ed" ? I guess I need to know if there's either a more up to date fix for this problem, or somewhere I can look that will shed some light on the error I'm getting; I don't currently have any decent 'mobile' references other than this mailing list (which has been extremely helpful thus far). Any help would be much appreciated. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
