Basically, when using fxtv to watch TV, everything looks fine as long as I keep the fxtv windows small. However, once I make it bigger or hit the "full screen" button, the picture starts to look really distorted. I have made two screenshots that illustrate this: Small fxtv window, looks good: http://www.tisys.org/misc/fxtv_small.png Big fxtv window, looks weird: http://www.tisys.org/misc/fxtv_big.png Now, I wonder if this is normal or if there's something wrong with my system. As far as my graphics card is concerned, it's an ATI Xpert 98 card (XF86 driver "ati"), but swapping it for an ATI Xpert 2000 Pro (XF86 driver "r128") doesn't change a thing. I assume that it could probably a chipset problem, as my system is based on the VIA KT133 and the famous 686B. In order to help you have a look at this, I have attached my /var/run/dmesg.boot at the bottom of this message. I'd be glad about any hints about what could be wrong here.
