Unfortunately, I cannot do much about it right now, as my hands are still kind of tied because I haven't been able to contact knu (mentor) for two weeks now, mails bouncing. Anyway, the configuration option @ForbiddenFiles (present for now only in cvsweb.conf, not cvsweb.conf-freebsd [1]) should do this. If somebody modifies the config, please Cc: freebsd-cvsweb@ so I'll stay up to date. Will add to my TODO list, at least for more thought. Anyway, the @HideModules and @ForbiddenFiles configuration variables in cvsweb.conf will probably do what you're looking for. BTW, the README et al. stuff in the project source should probably be updated to refer to this list, as should be the default footer/header project info - right now it suggests posting changes directly to knu@freebsd.org. Vassilii P.S. this is my second attempt to send it to the list. First one was not from the subscribed address, so it seems to have bounced off to an owner account or just got lost - I hope it won't get manually approved to the list; if it does, sorry for the duplication.
