The initiative is sponsored by NgX, an European Game Service Provider powered by FreeBSD. We have good bandwidth and so I think it could become an official mirror. Actually the services are reachable via cvsup.ngx.sm and freebsd.ngx.sm, but I can manage the sm.freebsd.org zone. Let me know.
