See /usr/src/sys/i386/include/i4b_cause.h: its an i4b specific cause 
(CAUSET_I4B) value = 2 (CAUSE_I4B_NOCHAN).

In case its true that you have only one controller use either -c0 or 
leave out the -c switch completely.
