Subject: pcmcia flash card problems after 4.6-S

Since upgrading from 4.4-STABLE (around Oct 2001) to 4.6-STABLE
(30th June 2002), I can no longer get my Kodak Flash Card to work.
Its a 64Mb ATA compatible card, and worked perfectly in 4.4.
Pccardd now gives a "driver allocation failed: Device not configured"

Below is output from "dmesg -a" with the pccardd output at the
end. (I enabled "debuglevel 9" in /etc/pccard.conf). I also tried
adding an entry in pccard.conf for the card that exactly matched the
card's identification output - the entry in /etc/defaults/pccard.conf
didn't seem to be matched. It made no difference in either case.

The hardware is a Toshiba Portege 3440CT.

Any pointers, things to try, etc, would be greatly appreciated.
