	That's not too hard.  Check out the bind-dlz page at 
<http://www.nlnet.nl/project/bind-dlz/>.  This is not quite the full 
implementation that you'd need, as there is some protocol-level 
support that needs to be added for creating new zones and 
distributing that information to the secondaries.  However, for the 
work that is done, there's no sense in reinventing the wheel.
