I use getright under Windows, I looked Getright searching for the fastest connection on ftpX.FreeBSD.org (ftp.FreeBSD.org, FTP1.FreeBSD.org and so on). The question is how to make loading balancing beetween all of FTP FreeBSD?, this is feature on Getright or FTP server?. I was search in google about this problem but I can't find it. If this is feature on server side can you explain about this? PS : I use ProFTP for my LAN and FreeBSD 4.8 STABLE. Thank You. -- budsz From owner-freebsd-hubs@FreeBSD.ORG Wed Apr 30 09:15:29 2003 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-hubs@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.FreeBSD.org (mx1.freebsd.org [216.136.204.125]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 8E07C37B401 for ; Wed, 30 Apr 2003 09:15:29 -0700 (PDT) Received: from khavrinen.lcs.mit.edu (khavrinen.lcs.mit.edu [18.24.4.193]) by mx1.FreeBSD.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 8FD7843FDF for ; Wed, 30 Apr 2003 09:15:28 -0700 (PDT) (envelope-from wollman@khavrinen.lcs.mit.edu) Received: from khavrinen.lcs.mit.edu (localhost [IPv6:::1]) by khavrinen.lcs.mit.edu (8.12.9/8.12.9) with ESMTP id h3UGFPVo049519 (version=TLSv1/SSLv3 cipher=DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA bits=256 verify=OK); Wed, 30 Apr 2003 12:15:26 -0400 (EDT) (envelope-from wollman@khavrinen.lcs.mit.edu) Received: (from wollman@localhost) by khavrinen.lcs.mit.edu (8.12.9/8.12.9/Submit) id h3UGFJJf049516; Wed, 30 Apr 2003 12:15:19 -0400 (EDT) (envelope-from wollman) Date: Wed, 30 Apr 2003 12:15:19 -0400 (EDT) From: Garrett Wollman Message-Id: <200304301615.h3UGFJJf049516@khavrinen.lcs.mit.edu> To: budsz In-Reply-To: <20030430090352.GA15832@kumprang.or.id> References: <20030430090352.GA15832@kumprang.or.id> X-Spam-Score: -9.9 () IN_REP_TO,REFERENCES X-Scanned-By: MIMEDefang 2.33 (www . roaringpenguin . com / mimedefang) cc: freebsd-hubs@freebsd.org Subject: Some questions X-BeenThere: freebsd-hubs@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.1 Precedence: list List-Id: FreeBSD Distributions Hubs: mail sup ftp List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Wed, 30 Apr 2003 16:15:29 -0000 < said: > I use getright under Windows, This is a good way to get yourself banned from FTP servers.
