Yes.  Make sure IBM specifies it as a supported card, though; IBM has
checks in the BIOS of many of its Thinkpads to make the machine refuse
to boot ("Unsupported card" error during POST).  (You can't upgrade the
wireless miniPCI card in a T30, for example.)
