The case in question is http://beta.freshports.org/deskutils/kompose/ Notice the short description and the commit for 01 Sep 2004. See how they handle things differently (i.e. Expos=E9(tm)). Am I correct in that the first instance is encoded as ISO-8859-1 and the second as UTF-8?
