The rtr-compiled frontpage binaries uses 4.x libraries and are therefore not suspect, however they changed a path in the installation. This patch to mod_frontpage matches that change, thus allowing mod_frontpage to work with the rtr-supplied binaries. >How-To-Repeat: Install the rtr-supplied binaries for frontpage to solve known security problem. When booting from 5.3-RELEASE install floppies (not the CD), the system boots fine. When there are no drives attached to the TX2000 but it is still in the machine, the system also boots fine off of the CD. A side-effect of this bug is that FreeSBIE v1.1 also does not boot with the drives attached. I have not tried attaching a blank drive to the TX2000. I took some photos of what the 5.3-RELEASE actually displays on my monitor, and was able to patch this together from several photos, (because it scrolls by so fast): int=0000000d err=00000000 efl=00010046 eip=000090db eax=00000011 ebx=000000d0 ecx=00000000 edx=000001f7 esi=000003fc edi=00000006 ebp=000003ec esp=00001800 cs=0008 ds=0000 es=0000 fs=0000 gs=0000 ss=0010 cs:eip=0f 01 15 d0 96 00 00 66-ea e8 90 18 00 b1 20 8e d1 8e d9 8e c1 8e e1 8e-e9 48 0f 22 c0 ea fd 90 ss:esp=0a 69 6e 74 3d 30 30 30-30 30 30 30 64 20 20 65 72 72 3d 30 30 30 30 30-30 30 30 20 20 65 66 6c BTX Halted Attached you can find the output of my dmesg (after installing from floppies), and my pciconf -lv. The system boots like a charm off of the RAID array. The issue is the install CD bootstrap is borked.
