Lead Developer -------------------- OkCupid has an open Lead Developer position. We seek an outstanding technologist, with experience developing applications for a cluster of FreeBSD machines. Candidates should expect to work closely with the rest of the management team on many corporate management issues, but the primary responsibility will be developing the site and hiring and managing programmers. We seek someone with extensive C++ experience and a CS degree from a top school. A BA/BS is sufficient, but we invite advanced degree holders to apply as well.
