While at the time it was created (2001), it probably had some value, the port has bitrotted badly, and hasn't kept up with the latest developments in Net::DNS. Also, from the BUGS section of the man page: This project is very incomplete. in-addr.arpa zone transfers aren't yet supported. This module ONLY supports named arguments, not posi- tional. I would therefore recommend that we delete the port altogether. hth, Doug -------- Original Message -------- Subject: cvs commit: ports/converters/p5-String-Multibyte Makefile ports/converters/p5-Unicode-IMAPUtf7 Makefile ports/databases/p5-CDB_File-Generator Makefile ports/databases/p5-DBD-Excel Makefile ports/databases/p5-DBD-LDAP Makefile ports/databases/p5-DBIx-AnyDBD Makefile ... We can always re-add it in the future if it gets updated/modernized. \Anton. -- An undefined problem has an infinite number of solutions. -- Robert A. Humphrey
