Hello,
as a consequence of upgrade of disk space on ftp-master.FreeBSD.org,
I have to upgrade disk space on ftp-master.cz.FreeBSD.org
(ftp-master.eu.FreeBSD.org) too. The current usage is
Size Used Avail Capacity
325G 316G 5.7G 98%
which seems to be not sufficient even for upcoming releases 5.5 / 6.1
in this/next month.
I will start on Monday next week (March 13, 2006) by stopping updating
from ftp-master, remounting fs read-only and copying it elsewhere, then
I will stop all services, upgrade disk space (I expect that size will
be changed from 325 to 540 GB), restore data and reestablish services.
PS: The server starts to be really used when there are new datas,
so if there is any donator around the world, there are currently
1 x Intel Xeon 2.4 GHz/512k L2 with 533 MHz FSB, socket PGA604
4 x 512 MB Registered ECC DDR-266 SDRAM DIMM modules
in the server, where both processor and memory can be both doubled
(up to 2 processors and 8 memory modules). The motherboard is SuperMicro
X5DP8-G2 (which supports processors up to 3.2 GHz).
