TEA will pay no fees for interviews=20 or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a=20 Worker. =20=20 Services To Be Performed (will include, but not be limited to,=20 the following): =E2=80=A2 Perform advanced computer systems analysis working closely with= =20 business users, business analysts, and development team to define=20 web application instructions, guidelines, user help and other=20 systems supporting documentation. =E2=80=A2 Analyze existing requirements documentation, application design= =20 documents and information provided by technical team and customers=20 to gain overall understanding of an application=E2=80=99s functionality= =20 and the tasks users are required to perform. =E2=80=A2 Create detailed instructions and procedures with business=20 context information, needed by inexperienced to moderately=20 experienced users of web applications. =E2=80=A2 Create all documentation in compliance with Level 1 American=20 Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. =E2=80=A2 Create and maintain all Foundation School Program (FSP)=20 application online documentation including training materials, help=20 and quick tips. =E2=80=A2 Create screen captures and other illustrations as needed and=20 process illustrations for presentation in web format. =E2=80=A2 May create video training materials optimized for online=20 viewing or download using Camtasia. =E2=80=A2 Submit document drafts for technical and customer review and=20 edit as requested to ensure the clarity. =E2=80=A2 Create appropriate style guide for all documentation, or follow= =20 TEA guidelines related to style and content of documentation used=20 for similar purposes. =20=20 II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Years Skills/Experience 4 Excellent oral and written communications skills with experience=20 in working with a software development team to produce all type of=20 technical and training documentation for software applications. 2 Work experience in documenting procedures from requirements=20 specification and design documents. Work experience coordinating=20 with application development teams to analyze and document=20 procedures and system characteristic 2 Work experience using help development, web development, word=20 processing tools, and onscreen video production tools (Techsmith=C2=AE=20 Camtasia=C2=AE or Macromedia=C2=AE Captivate and Macromedia=C2=AE , RoboH= elp=C2=AE,=20 and Dreamweaver are a plus =20=20 Preferences: Years Skills/Experience N/A N/A III.
