I can query mysqlDB thru mysql cli --> show databases = info_schema, mysql, nuke, test but when I login as root I can connect to the PHP-Nuke Installer page, as a non-root user the page whats to open as a text file, and when I su and run firefox the page wants to download to my desktop. As root the page states -zlibs compression support Unavailable, - GD graphics support Unavailable, -MySQL support Unavailable. I do not know how to configure support for the unavailable items. I am getting a bit confussed with Nuke and MySQL docs regarding my.cnf file and the how - where to place the libary files. My file permissions are hosed for both mysql and the file local in the apache data dir. Thanks in advance for your help, Ceco From owner-freebsd-apache@FreeBSD.ORG Wed Sep 5 14:48:47 2007 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-apache@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:4f8:fff6::34]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 9C9D616A418 for ; Wed, 5 Sep 2007 14:48:47 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bitingenius@yahoo.com) Received: from web55310.mail.re4.yahoo.com (web55310.mail.re4.yahoo.com [206.190.58.189]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with SMTP id 4883C13C458 for ; Wed, 5 Sep 2007 14:48:47 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bitingenius@yahoo.com) Received: (qmail 67206 invoked by uid 60001); 5 Sep 2007 14:22:05 -0000 DomainKey-Signature: a=rsa-sha1; q=dns; c=nofws; s=s1024; d=yahoo.com; h=X-YMail-OSG:Received:Date:From:Subject:To:MIME-Version:Content-Type:Content-Transfer-Encoding:Message-ID; b=BR1guAwWDDbKd2Zo/TRLJ/77myIPDLF5cwtwnlVEZa6jC8GlTy8YB/rT7VwDHzyUN5ExJFiXYQAI3i1XMn1qBBXryL3K8wlJqr4/w6lPGmidjOaWEwKqMDYHHAGWR8HEgKMze36hI/sN/EdnVCz6ExGTOKMhFT7UT24po8YJJ34=; X-YMail-OSG: RK9m0VwVM1lbmtStHcO.yD3w9qyaFsz2gSe9V76jqe2dmWCsIiQJb8JfMLSso5OBSlxzrSc1YIg2fs6i5BAxk7x.6B0xNIWbbceVUpcJkwi2ethaqsiAgiEaG1T6DQ-- Received: from [216.85.125.18] by web55310.mail.re4.yahoo.com via HTTP; Wed, 05 Sep 2007 07:22:05 PDT Date: Wed, 5 Sep 2007 07:22:05 -0700 (PDT) From: Bit Ingenius To: freebsd-apache@freebsd.org MIME-Version: 1.0 Message-ID: <93426.66727.qm@web55310.mail.re4.yahoo.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit X-Content-Filtered-By: Mailman/MimeDel 2.1.5 Subject: NameVirtualHost issue X-BeenThere: freebsd-apache@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.5 Precedence: list List-Id: Support of apache-related ports List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Wed, 05 Sep 2007 14:48:47 -0000 I have a class C address and usually assign an IP to each web site on the server. I'm trying to add a large group of web sites using one IP address for all of them. I have a NameVirtualHost IP.IP.IP.IP set up and about 8 containers using it right now, but I'm getting mixed results. They seem to work only randomly. Right now the first 2 IP based virtual hosts in the config file work, and the 5th one and last one work, but the rest revert to the default host, which is the first one on the IP list. If I move them around or change some setting the working list can change, but they never all work. They are all identical except for the individual host differences, and an "httpd -S" shows them all with no errors, there are no errors in the log files, and the log file of the default host shows the misplaced hits for the other hosts as if Apache is just sending them there like it thinks it's supposed to. I'm running Apache 1.3.37. Any suggestions? --------------------------------- Shape Yahoo! in your own image. Join our Network Research Panel today!
