X is fine now. this is seen since 6.1R days. I've tested two different 150's, changed memory and HD's. I've used precompiled firefox's, ports build ones, and everytime this happens :( if anyone has any clues ... thanks matheus -- We will call you cygnus, The God of balance you shall be From owner-freebsd-sparc64@FreeBSD.ORG Wed May 16 00:28:34 2007 Return-Path: X-Original-To: sparc64@freebsd.org Delivered-To: freebsd-sparc64@FreeBSD.ORG Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [69.147.83.52]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 6DBA816A400; Wed, 16 May 2007 00:28:34 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from tinderbox@freebsd.org) Received: from smarthost1.sentex.ca (smarthost1.sentex.ca [64.7.153.18]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 2D46B13C465; Wed, 16 May 2007 00:28:34 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from tinderbox@freebsd.org) Received: from smtp1.sentex.ca (smtp1c.sentex.ca [64.7.153.10]) by smarthost1.sentex.ca (8.13.8/8.13.8) with ESMTP id l4G0SXKF023358; Tue, 15 May 2007 20:28:33 -0400 (EDT) (envelope-from tinderbox@freebsd.org) Received: from freebsd-current.sentex.ca (freebsd-current.sentex.ca [64.7.128.98]) by smtp1.sentex.ca (8.13.8/8.13.8) with ESMTP id l4G0SXLL068112; Tue, 15 May 2007 20:28:33 -0400 (EDT) (envelope-from tinderbox@freebsd.org) Received: by freebsd-current.sentex.ca (Postfix, from userid 666) id 61D7273068; Tue, 15 May 2007 20:28:33 -0400 (EDT) Sender: FreeBSD Tinderbox From: FreeBSD Tinderbox To: FreeBSD Tinderbox , , Precedence: bulk Message-Id: <20070516002833.61D7273068@freebsd-current.sentex.ca> Date: Tue, 15 May 2007 20:28:33 -0400 (EDT) X-Virus-Scanned: ClamAV version devel-20070102, clamav-milter version devel-111206 on clamscanner5 X-Virus-Status: Clean Cc: Subject: [head tinderbox] failure on sparc64/sun4v X-BeenThere: freebsd-sparc64@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.5 List-Id: Porting FreeBSD to the Sparc List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Wed, 16 May 2007 00:28:34 -0000 TB --- 2007-05-15 23:15:16 - You may want to check list archives/etc for the necessary patches (there was a PR, too), and compare your core files with gdb to the issues. It seems odd the fixes weren't incorporated into 6.2, so I'm not sure - if you still have problems, post some backtraces and I'll see if we can't figure out what's up.
