I have exactly the same problem with graceful and reload commands. For a short time i loaded modules http_ready, http_data by kldload, then i compiled them into the kernel thouth this will solve the problem, but it doesn't change anything. Althrough when i do apachectl stop apachectl start there is no warning message in the httpd-error.log.
