After installing from ports using this command: Make WWWDIR=/usr/local/www/apache22/data/elgg install It installs just fine. I hit the web page on my server fine. http://192.168.0.8/elgg I am able to enter my database info fine. Then I get a "System Settings" page and I fill out the information and it it fails with only the following text in the Firefox window: Not Found The requested URL /elgg/action/systemsettings/install was not found on this server. I don't have an action folder, I have an "actions" folder. I did rename "actions" to "action" but it did not help. The closest thing to this location... /elgg/action/systemsettings/install /elgg/actions/systemsettings/install.php Anyway, I usually spend more time diagnosing but I this isn't my project, I am just looking into a free social networking engine for a friend. I am assuming the web install process is broken right now.
