The development of the computer aided technology in design and manufacturing made it possible to have the infrastructures for crown and bridges made bypassing the craftsmanship of the laboratory technicians. But this revolutionary input in our daily dental work implies some adaptations and modifications of the tooth preparations to adapt to technical possibilities and limitations. In this presentation we will discuss: • The tooth preparation for CAD CAM technology • The appropriate design of the preparation • The limitations of the cutting machines. Whilst Ireland is reeking of the stench on endemic sexual abuse by clergy and members of the church here you are with nothing but praise for them and your full support and not a word against the perpetrators. Perpetrators of such horrific crimes by those who represented themselves as the bringers of salvation and eternal happiness in the company of god. That is why the church is spat upon and despised in Ireland. The price for salvation for an Irish Catholic has been the sexual rape and a life-long sentence of disruption with the highest risk of suicide whilst being blocked for the duration of the entire life to non-discriminatory access to civil justice and the bishop turns to praise. Has the bishop considered obtaining the services of one of the Catholic emergency relief charities to step up to the plate to assist those who have been irreparably harmed by the church and subsequently abandoned by the church. These are absolutely appalling words when they come from anybody but when they come from the representative of god they are more than appalling. They are words which turn more and more people away from the Catholic church on a daily basis. Those who support this type of denial should be condemned. Chris Labadie. "We are witness to the pain and the hurt that these beautiful people feel". The cause of the pain and hurt these people feel is due to the failure of the church in its handling and in its current response. You fail to acknowledge the cause of the pain your friends feel. You fail to acknowledge the lifelong pain and the lack of compensation and justice the victims of the original childhood sexual crimes. Anne Bender. As for the failure to acknowledge those who were molested in their childhood and for the failure in both Ireland and America to provide an appropriate and humane response being a wonderful tribute when in fact it appears to every individual victim that you openly support those events, statements and circumstances that made them available for sexual exploitation as a child. That is offensive. Truly offensive. I ask each of you to take the opportunity to respond.
