I look forward to buy some bluetooth stuff and bluetooth headphones particularly. While there is no support for the A2DP in the FreeBSD now (or did I miss something?), I wonder would some device like Creative BT-D1 help anyway? So the question is: does anybody know, what kind of the device Creative BT-D1 is (is it just a limited bluetooth device, which is only A2DP capable) and is there any stuff that'll make me able to use bluetooth headphones with the FreeBSD? Thanks. Regards, Vans. I at least have failed to start working on this for quite some time and I don't know if anybody else has done anything.. but, I have a stereo bluetooth headset that comes with a dongle to plug into a headphone socket, so it can be used with any type of audio source not just a 'computer' type.. that was a Logitech might be model F-0415A but not sure I don't know anything about the Creative BT-D1 iain From owner-freebsd-bluetooth@FreeBSD.ORG Tue Apr 19 16:22:30 2011 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-bluetooth@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:4f8:fff6::34]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 29BE5106564A; Tue, 19 Apr 2011 16:22:30 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from maksim.yevmenkin@gmail.com) Received: from mail-bw0-f54.google.com (mail-bw0-f54.google.com [209.85.214.54]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 831E58FC08; Tue, 19 Apr 2011 16:22:29 +0000 (UTC) Received: by bwz12 with SMTP id 12so6377714bwz.13 for ; Tue, 19 Apr 2011 09:22:28 -0700 (PDT) DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=gmail.com; s=gamma; h=domainkey-signature:mime-version:in-reply-to:references:date :message-id:subject:from:to:cc:content-type; bh=wQbZiVTyFz1/Q2M2fZZJLP0S7RpHZbWuxzNHGgVb8RY=; b=ilmWGkMXcVkNQ2Dwrn2zFryHtompVKrkE8jL0juGWXAVz3NHMReYlpXBlHAwRHcn7A IpUtAQ9fcXAdxWc6V5eMd8AO6s3pNuUwVLsX5GuE8Ft/PxvOo6Wdurp38sMgj7tCrN9z xjyujCrIu9LpLxe8MJLvvKl1IuZZTY8S5vlR4= DomainKey-Signature: a=rsa-sha1; c=nofws; d=gmail.com; s=gamma; h=mime-version:in-reply-to:references:date:message-id:subject:from:to :cc:content-type; b=OAJRViqqqOqh2veZHp1Qaxpr0j14Qr4R0RJBiO0S5QRpWqNYWmnKAK9PuO1gAR2ojq xBdqASesuCLPlQ4WrqZmbCNXYEXn7ZL6Zr3rIA7qkgVicz3WwsvAOq/kKWvW4lUU2mGy wJdFFBm9sWjwmr2c8zR51OnglVTUhP5gaB1Oo= MIME-Version: 1.0 Received: by 10.204.82.149 with SMTP id b21mr5165359bkl.196.1303230148226; Tue, 19 Apr 2011 09:22:28 -0700 (PDT) Received: by 10.204.39.131 with HTTP; Tue, 19 Apr 2011 09:22:28 -0700 (PDT) In-Reply-To: <20110409101624.GA68432@freebsd.org> References: <20110409101624.GA68432@freebsd.org> Date: Tue, 19 Apr 2011 09:22:28 -0700 Message-ID: From: Maksim Yevmenkin To: Alexander Best Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Cc: freebsd-bluetooth@freebsd.org Subject: Re: a few l2control(8) changes X-BeenThere: freebsd-bluetooth@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.5 Precedence: list List-Id: Using Bluetooth in FreeBSD environments List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Tue, 19 Apr 2011 16:22:30 -0000 On Sat, Apr 9, 2011 at 3:16 AM, Alexander Best wrote: > they improve > the man page and l2control's usage() a bit. committed thanks! max From owner-freebsd-bluetooth@FreeBSD.ORG Wed Apr 20 02:59:31 2011 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-bluetooth@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:4f8:fff6::34]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id E3216106564A for ; Wed, 20 Apr 2011 02:59:31 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from no-reply@dropboxmail.com) Received: from mailman-2.dropboxmail.com (mailman-2.dropboxmail.com [75.126.110.122]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id AD6528FC0C for ; Wed, 20 Apr 2011 02:59:31 +0000 (UTC) Received: from mailman-2.dropboxmail.com (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by mailman-2.dropboxmail.com (Postfix) with ESMTP id F0DFB483491 for ; Wed, 20 Apr 2011 02:45:04 +0000 (UTC) X-DomainKeys: Sendmail DomainKeys Filter v0.6.0 mailman-2.dropboxmail.com F0DFB483491 DomainKey-Signature: a=rsa-sha1; s=m1; d=dropboxmail.com; c=simple; q=dns; b=EGlPlnMIdeZDyZ6Qt23ZQehY6ZlkMiwgm/aJclCYTa0Cfr1UsFQf/Rl5YyK/2TXfl wWGiRsY14IhRcOco/pPuLLZV9dV5DkgybUUHIdPxk8zwc6aYn+iRGJuOkJkj73GBThF FE93iOoyAffougUshOgjSZCSKGNJA8nd/3Zw3qA= MIME-Version: 1.0 From: Dropbox To: freebsd-bluetooth@freebsd.org Date: Wed, 20 Apr 2011 02:45:04 +0000 Message-Id: <20110420024504.F0DFB483491@mailman-2.dropboxmail.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit X-Content-Filtered-By: Mailman/MimeDel 2.1.5 Subject: Masoom Shaikh invited you to Dropbox X-BeenThere: freebsd-bluetooth@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.5 Precedence: list Reply-To: masoom.shaikh@gmail.com List-Id: Using Bluetooth in FreeBSD environments List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Wed, 20 Apr 2011 02:59:32 -0000 Masoom Shaikh wants you to try Dropbox!
