perform system-level programming on BSD based Operating systems, =

on high-performance networking and security. The openings may be filled =

either a single individual with experience in the technology areas =
listed below=20
or by two developers who together can provide the necessary expertise.

A successful applicant will have the opportunity to join a small =

team performing cutting-edge work in high-performance computer =

Applicants are expected to be able demonstrate a significant subset of =

following knowledge and skills:
=95 A dedication to producing extremely high-quality code that =
meets strict=20
performance requirements, is readable and obvious to =
coworkers, is easy=20
to maintain and extend, and adheres to coding standards.
=95 Very strong knowledge of the C language, Unix system calls =
and standard=20
libraries, and networking concepts and implementation.
=95 Strong knowledge of cryptography, network security =
technologies=20
and protocols including SSL/TLS, PKI, IPsec, etc.
=95 Substantial development experience with the OpenSSL =
libraries.
=95 Understanding of WWW protocols and architectures.
=95 Detailed understanding of the TCP/IP and IPv6 communications =
protocols.
=95 Knowledge of modern computer hardware architectures =

=93i386=94 based multi-processor server platforms and =
multi-core network=20
processor devices.

Applicants are expected to have a Masters Degree in Computer Science=20
or a related discipline or to able to show equivalent work experience.
