Hello, Could someone from the FreeBSD' gnome team enlight me a bit how the GTK and gnome-icon themes work together? I have installed on a 10-CURRENT gtk-3.6.4 gnome-icon-theme-3.4.0 and it seems that in Ekiga some of the icons are shown, while others not. How file names of the icons are to be addresses from the C/C++ sources? Is there some tutorial describing this? To nail it down, I went to some GTK tutorial pages and hacked together a simple application (attached) which can be compiled with just: $ gcc -g image.c `pkg-config --cflags --libs gtk+-3.0` -o image and shows the first argument as icon name, for example: $ ./image document-print-preview which works fine, while other icons do not work, for example $ ./image bottom Could some kind soul bring a bit light into the relation between an icon name and the corresponding PNG file name.png? Because, even in the case when the icon is shown, one does no see any open of the PNG file with truss(1). How this is done? And why some of the icons are woring while others do not? If it does matter, it is a system with a fresh ports tree from April, 1st, SVN revision r315646.
