It's a BIOS limitation and, = unfortunately, these machines don't have UEFI boot. I have mine with 3 TB disks using ZFS (the internal "intelligent" array = is a big no no in my opinion) and I load the kernel from a pendrive. = More on this later, it's been quite a puzzle to find a proper way to = boot this thing.
