In 10.x branch ftpd don't record successful login into login data base
(/var/log/utx.log).

For examle, in 9.x and earlier:

slw        ftpd     localhost              Thu Aug 14 19:47 - 19:47 (00:00)

Now I don't have such records.

What reasson for remove this functionality ?
