I run stable/10 amd64, I have ghostscript9-agpl-9.16_1 installed. An attempt to run portupgrade -f ja-tex-ptex-3.5 tex-\* texlive-\* fails because ===> texlive-base-20150521_1 depends on file: ghostscript9>=0 - not found ===> Installing for ghostscript9-9.06_10 ... ===> Checking if ghostscript9 already installed ===> Registering installation for ghostscript9-9.06_10 as automatic Installing ghostscript9-9.06_10... pkg-static: ghostscript9-9.06_10 conflicts with ghostscript9-agpl-9.16_1 (installs files into the same place). Problematic file: /usr/local/bin/dvipdf I do not see how to specify that I need ghostscript 9 agpl by using the DEFAULT_VERSIONS stuff. If so, this would be even more problematic if building with poudriere. Any hints ? Thank you in advance. They all look fine. For one larger project, spacing changed slightly causing page break changes. Assuming it might be because of the fixltx2e->latexrelease change, I tried to add \RequirePackage[2014/05/01]{latexrelease} in the beginning as documented. Now it does not compile anymore at all. This can easily be reproduced, these three lines already fail: \RequirePackage[2014/05/01]{latexrelease} \documentclass[a4paper]{article} \begin{document}$\mathtt{i}$\end{document} This is probably not a problem with the FreeBSD port, but rather a problem with TL2015 in general -- or my lack of understanding of latexrelease. Unfortunately, I do not have TL2015 on a different OS to test. Any idea? Should I go straight to the tex-live mailing list or LaTeX Community forum?
