This is a ser= ver system and I make minimal use of USB, so I haven't seen any issues I can attribute to this. However, from what I've seen & heard this issue occurs on a wide range of Skylake (and similar generation) systems: it's not confined to a specific B= IOS or motherboard manufacturer.
