Product: Base System Version: CURRENT Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: bin Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: dor.bsd@xm0.uk Created attachment 187586 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D187586&action= =3Dedit Add jails support to /usr/sbin/service and update man page. This patch adds support to `/usr/sbin/service` for interacting with services within jails. This is mostly useful when upgrading services within jails as it allows use= rs to stay within the usual flow and tools for upgrading packages and restarti= ng services. I've been using this patch for a while now personally and everything seems = to work as intended. Consider the following when operating on the jail host, this is the usual f= low when some services are updated: --- # Upgrade all packages pkg upgrade # Restart a service that needs it service named restart --- If named is within a jail, the flow changes in an inconsistent way. --- # Upgrade all packages within the dns jail pkg -j dns upgrade # Restart the named service within the dns jail. # Just one of many, perhaps ezjail-admin or some other tool was used to exe= cute # commands within the jail. jexec dns service named restart --- With this patch, users can stay within the more familiar workflow of just u= sing the pkg and service utilities. --- # Upgrade all packages within the dns jail. pkg -j dns upgrade # Restart the named service within the dns jail. service -j dns named restart --- The man page was updated to reflect this change and is included in the diff. The patch to `service.sh` includes comments on was is happening around the = -j option, as we end up parsing the options twice. The first time we check for `-j` and use it if we find it, the second time = is parsing the rest of the `service` arguments. There may be a better way of achieving this, but my shell scripting is rust= y. -David --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From owner-freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org Mon Oct 30 18:06:57 2017 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-bugs@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id B0DA9E62FD8 for ; Mon, 30 Oct 2017 18:06:57 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org (kenobi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::16:76]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client did not present a certificate) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 9EDA76C8E1 for ; Mon, 30 Oct 2017 18:06:57 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from bugs.freebsd.org ([127.0.1.118]) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2) with ESMTP id v9UI6v7F039892 for ; Mon, 30 Oct 2017 18:06:57 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) From: bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org To: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Subject: [Bug 223325] usr.sbin/service: Add support for interacting with services in jails. This seems like a bug to not treat the console specially; with= out an active connection, the console server will not assert CTS/DTR - like a m= odem would without an active connection, so the server will not be able to write= and things will block. The kernel must treat the console specially, as annoying as this may be. I= ts not enough to stop syslog writing to the console - which i admit is normally useless anyway. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From owner-freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org Tue Oct 31 15:05:37 2017 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-bugs@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 5863CE5C482 for ; Tue, 31 Oct 2017 15:05:37 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from cherl.brown@nobilityhost.com) Received: from mail-qk0-x235.google.com (mail-qk0-x235.google.com [IPv6:2607:f8b0:400d:c09::235]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256 (128/128 bits)) (Client CN "smtp.gmail.com", Issuer "Google Internet Authority G2" (verified OK)) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 134007D7C4 for ; Tue, 31 Oct 2017 15:05:37 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from cherl.brown@nobilityhost.com) Received: by mail-qk0-x235.google.com with SMTP id x82so20794536qkb.12 for ; Tue, 31 Oct 2017 08:05:37 -0700 (PDT) DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=nobilityhost-com.20150623.gappssmtp.com; s=20150623; h=mime-version:sender:from:date:message-id:subject:to; bh=7kFSDs3tOZ/jTly6j6kCJMVDIvcgZmGhv5ZbaDJSFbo=; b=fjLCPEqPqb2Qaw2EtW/46EZAgP3vd1maPy5oeCWb8CjNtI2J5jRbkE3kcC1UA5iNH6 ALpPKWbGBu7qilO536Ko+RR4kxB5pM+JdeS28KArxDpUqdV/vUTEUZdaNwjZgWVqGtCg ZOzvRPglw4jnBG8BBhNV5RwdfWl9siWD3x/UQCg7QCh4Ea1/lT7anACJPbY78YWTnjuH 6Ka7lUyYgmKJ7wlBidI8tdPX56tzWeRoOMYDikmSnG9KAvQ2CRZSRcHRQTkfkg1fgKsE //C8dhTadflrZn+zE680CqHRVJYSwp9XcxGyxi01X1hujNgECR4ZRe12dYT/qyNqTZDY kjBg== X-Google-DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=1e100.net; s=20161025; h=x-gm-message-state:mime-version:sender:from:date:message-id:subject :to; bh=7kFSDs3tOZ/jTly6j6kCJMVDIvcgZmGhv5ZbaDJSFbo=; b=owZq/7Y8iRBVS8DgRkvCh2Ua6+pS+CXxnzZr71eRwIY1nxWnSAGBH+iD2y6ye7wVCB 5iDnj5aDQF11mrmt/AgDvhenOP6XIKhHA2BmYOhNkwgPl3qH6i72UnyymGutmNzhxwSx cl78gV5ak212T8F/dysp5lgC2cFp2RncYdLxZNcZdALCUQRVSaXKsbrx/sITLY8aR2bl p5sMspJ3vDM+GKLQJA+EAs6+zr8PggxtLd6qsWMkz6Jz+Yx/zRRrlKt5V/YfWaq7n9GZ QTPq8Pa9SXIBQeYlsxAimzJ8xP9ShDu65UiA0Z4mb3fojCkoco+EMO8ABz9LBHZEJ42v BN6Q== X-Gm-Message-State: AMCzsaXIgLlb2Q+2TsO8T7ujoM4CdhjK9nAxUdi5gLX+WiHh4z3r2eC5 JYO4YENeiTSXwWw/c7TXZl5QtnR3pOhF6aiAa6zaL0xB X-Google-Smtp-Source: ABhQp+QrUTB/FHjZ60F/aLfTqAcXNXu2F83h+wtiHLRrylFnsMWZNSWWAyc5idvjG8DIDTx/0joztxe7qelVvs6z2Js= X-Received: by 10.55.11.137 with SMTP id 131mr2932269qkl.321.1509462335729; Tue, 31 Oct 2017 08:05:35 -0700 (PDT) Received: from 200683405391 named unknown by gmailapi.google.com with HTTPREST; Tue, 31 Oct 2017 08:05:33 -0700 MIME-Version: 1.0 Sender: cherl.brown@nobilityhost.com From: cherl.brown@nobilityhost.com Date: Tue, 31 Oct 2017 08:05:33 -0700 X-Google-Sender-Auth: m0E3rwBu3N4mWPKnkUo0wuV4dOQ Message-ID: Subject: Pardot Using Companies To: freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" X-Content-Filtered-By: Mailman/MimeDel 2.1.23 X-BeenThere: freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.23 Precedence: list List-Id: Bug reports List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Tue, 31 Oct 2017 15:05:37 -0000 Hi, Would you be interested in acquiring *Pardot** users *contacts list? The directory hierarchy loop occures on both systems, so I think it is not related to the underlying filesystem. After installing freebsd-uucp from ports and configuring it, there exists a= new directory tree /var/spool/uucp/lyxys/[DX]. At that moment the content of lyxys/D. and lyxys/X. looked as expected. But some time after both looked for ls(1) like a copy of /var/spool/uucp. And indeed ls(1) showed the same inode number for all three directories: 63747 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 /var/spool/uucp 95493 drwxr-xr-x 4 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 /var/spool/uucp/lyxys 63747 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 /var/spool/uucp/lyxys/D. 63747 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 /var/spool/uucp/lyxys/X. fsdb(8) showed me different inode numbers than ls(1) for the D. and X. directories. But this can be a mistake, as it was my first use of fsdb. fsck_ufs does not report any error or tries to fix something. As ZFS does not have a fsck, I tried "zpool scrub". Which also did not repo= rt any error. So both internal filesystem structures seem to be OK. Steps tried to reproduce the problem: With ZFS all I can do is a rooback to a earlier snapshot without the /var/spool/uucp directory and start again. As it is easier for me to experiment with the arm system I used the Raspber= ry Pi for the following tests. Trying to get closer to the moment this happens I set up a date(1), ls(1) l= oop on a fresh set up[1] UFS. It showed the inode change in the directory information happend sometime between, 02:57 and 03:57 CEST: Wed Oct 25 02:57:07 CEST 2017 95237 drwxr-xr-x 25 root wheel 512 Oct 24 23:38 /var 102372 drwxr-xr-x 11 root wheel 512 Mar 7 2017 /var/spool/ 102701 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 /var/spool/uucp 102711 drwxr-xr-x 4 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 /var/spool/uucp/lyxys 102684 drwxr-xr-x 2 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 /var/spool/uucp/lyxys/D. 102685 drwxr-xr-x 2 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 /var/spool/uucp/lyxys/X. As the system was not used actively, the only difference between the hours before and after the change was cron running periodic daily at 03:01:00. In the next step I searched for a way to faster set up the UFS for testing. First I used "dump -0a -f /usr/local/root_dump /" on the arm then moved the SD-card to the amd64 and with newfs -UEt /dev/da0s2a mount /dev/da0s2a /mnt mount -r /dev/da0s3a /tmp/da0s3a/ cd /mnt restore rf /tmp/da0s3a/root_dump rm restoresymtable restored the filesystem. The output of ls(1) showed everything is OK: # ls -lid var/spool/uucp var/spool/uucp/lyxys var/spool/uucp/lyxys/* 95491 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 var/spool/uucp 261 drwxr-xr-x 4 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 var/spool/uucp/lyxys 32005 drwxr-xr-x 2 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 var/spool/uucp/lyxys/D. 63746 drwxr-xr-x 2 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 var/spool/uucp/lyxys/X. #=20 But after booting this filesystem on the arm: # cd /; ls -lid var/spool/uucp var/spool/uucp/lyxys var/spool/uucp/lyxys/* 95491 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 var/spool/uucp 261 drwxr-xr-x 4 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 var/spool/uucp/lyxys 95491 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 var/spool/uucp/lyxys/D. 95491 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 var/spool/uucp/lyxys/X. #=20 Again mounted on the amd64 showed the same output. Now I tried just restoring, unmounting and mounting the UFS on the amd64 an= d it looks like it happens immediately with the unmount: # rm restoresymtable=20 # ls -lid var/spool/uucp var/spool/uucp/lyxys var/spool/uucp/lyxys/* 63747 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 var/spool/uucp 95493 drwxr-xr-x 4 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 var/spool/uucp/lyxys 261 drwxr-xr-x 2 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 var/spool/uucp/lyxys/D. 32002 drwxr-xr-x 2 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 var/spool/uucp/lyxys/X. # cd; umount /mnt; mount /dev/da0s2a /mnt; cd /mnt # ls -lid var/spool/uucp var/spool/uucp/lyxys var/spool/uucp/lyxys/* 63747 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 var/spool/uucp 95493 drwxr-xr-x 4 uucp uucp 512 Oct 24 23:53 var/spool/uucp/lyxys 63747 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 var/spool/uucp/lyxys/D. 63747 drwxrwxr-x 10 uucp uucp 512 Feb 7 2017 var/spool/uucp/lyxys/X. #=20 So I have two ways of repeating this behaviour: - Waiting till periodiy daily triggers ist somehow. Unlike EliteBooks with a pointing stick (2570p/8470p/840/etc), the Synaptics were detected out of the box. However, the 1040 G1 has a 'ForcePad', which inste= ad of clicking on the trackpad, you put pressure on it. However, if I try to do two finger scrolling, sometimes I get a click, which gets annoying when browsing websites. Some research shows that Linux has fixed this problem in 2014. Note that I am not able to test this on a physical FBSD system at this time. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From owner-freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org Thu Nov 2 15:08:46 2017 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-bugs@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id E255BE5C247 for ; Thu, 2 Nov 2017 15:08:46 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org (kenobi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::16:76]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client did not present a certificate) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id D11F681E5C for ; Thu, 2 Nov 2017 15:08:46 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from bugs.freebsd.org ([127.0.1.118]) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2) with ESMTP id vA2F8kB2067272 for ; Thu, 2 Nov 2017 15:08:46 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) From: bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org To: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Subject: [Bug 223382] PFKey SA Update Prevents UDP-Encap SA From Updated Correctly Date: Thu, 02 Nov 2017 15:08:46 +0000 X-Bugzilla-Reason: AssignedTo X-Bugzilla-Type: new X-Bugzilla-Watch-Reason: None X-Bugzilla-Product: Base System X-Bugzilla-Component: kern X-Bugzilla-Version: 11.1-RELEASE X-Bugzilla-Keywords: X-Bugzilla-Severity: Affects Some People X-Bugzilla-Who: garrisoncreek@gmail.com X-Bugzilla-Status: New X-Bugzilla-Resolution: X-Bugzilla-Priority: --- X-Bugzilla-Assigned-To: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org X-Bugzilla-Flags: X-Bugzilla-Changed-Fields: bug_id short_desc product version rep_platform op_sys bug_status bug_severity priority component assigned_to reporter Message-ID: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable X-Bugzilla-URL: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/ Auto-Submitted: auto-generated MIME-Version: 1.0 X-BeenThere: freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.23 Precedence: list List-Id: Bug reports List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Thu, 02 Nov 2017 15:08:47 -0000 https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D223382 Bug ID: 223382 Summary: PFKey SA Update Prevents UDP-Encap SA From Updated Correctly Product: Base System Version: 11.1-RELEASE Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: kern Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: garrisoncreek@gmail.com When a UDP-encap SA is being updated with port change (e.g., MOBIKE update = SA), the updated SA is now an ESP SA. The bug is in the function key_updateaddresses. Instead of setting up the r= ight NAT info on the new updated SA, it does it on the old SA (which is about to= be freed). As a result, the updated SA has an empty NAT-T structure which means ESP. sys/netipsec/key.c newsav->natt =3D NULL; newsav->sah =3D sah; newsav->state =3D SADB_SASTATE_MATURE; error =3D key_setnatt(sav, mhp); if (error !=3D 0) goto fail; When this is patched to: error =3D key_setnatt(newsav, mhp); UDP-encap info (if any) is preserved. NOTE: There are other SA address updates, it may be that key_setnatt(sav, m= hp) makes sense for them. I have not tested all scenarios. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From owner-freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org Thu Nov 2 15:16:28 2017 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-bugs@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 521D2E5C475 for ; Users should be able to disable automatic link-local address configuration selectively, not only globally (by the mentioned sysctl). Basically, adding "-auto_linklocal" as rc.conf(5) ifconfig_IF_ipv6 parameter does disable AUTO_LINKLOCAL, but too late, because network.subr issues 'ifconfig inet -ifdisabled' before. Attach patch introduces check for -auto_linklocal at that point. -harry --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From owner-freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org Fri Nov 3 22:16:17 2017 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-bugs@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id BF4B6E5C700 for ; Fri, 3 Nov 2017 22:16:17 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org (kenobi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::16:76]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client did not present a certificate) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id A034275C97 for ; Fri, 3 Nov 2017 22:16:17 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from bugs.freebsd.org ([127.0.1.118]) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2) with ESMTP id vA3MGHKb031236 for ; Fri, 3 Nov 2017 22:16:17 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) From: bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org To: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Subject: [Bug 171811] [patch] rctl(8) cputime is too high Date: Fri, 03 Nov 2017 22:16:17 +0000 X-Bugzilla-Reason: AssignedTo X-Bugzilla-Type: changed X-Bugzilla-Watch-Reason: None X-Bugzilla-Product: Base System X-Bugzilla-Component: kern X-Bugzilla-Version: 10.0-CURRENT X-Bugzilla-Keywords: patch X-Bugzilla-Severity: Affects Only Me X-Bugzilla-Who: olevole@olevole.ru X-Bugzilla-Status: In Progress X-Bugzilla-Resolution: X-Bugzilla-Priority: Normal X-Bugzilla-Assigned-To: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org X-Bugzilla-Flags: X-Bugzilla-Changed-Fields: cc Message-ID: In-Reply-To: References: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable X-Bugzilla-URL: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/ Auto-Submitted: auto-generated MIME-Version: 1.0 X-BeenThere: freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.23 Precedence: list List-Id: Bug reports List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Fri, 03 Nov 2017 22:16:17 -0000 https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D171811 olevole@olevole.ru changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |olevole@olevole.ru --- Comment #3 from olevole@olevole.ru --- Since this problem can not be fixed for a long time it may be the best solu= tion to add one more line into 'BUGS' of rctl(8) https://man.freebsd.org/rctl/8 At the moment (end of 2017) this problem has not been fixed in any supported FreeBSD version and this problem makes it impossible to have the correct statistics on the jail and makes it dangerous for people who use a billing system based on RACCT. Then I added 'kld_list=3D"/boot/modules/i915kms.ko"' to /etc/rc.conf and rebooted. Upon boot there are messages that firmware from 'gpu-firmware-kmod' package failed to load so there would be no power management. After I started X11 then 'XFCE Destop' loaded and is usable, but any 3D application (glxgears/kodi) or movie player (mpv/vlc) ends with Segmentation Fault. If I plug in the laptop, "acpiconf -i 0" shows "high" e= ven if the battery is not 100% charge, and it stays this way. To fix this, I ha= ve to reboot into Windows, and follow these steps: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Laptop= -plugged-in-not-charging/td-p/5122059 To do this, I need to have a Torx T9 screwdriver handy to unscrew the bottom cover. CURRENT r324754 does not have this issue. I will update a DSDT file shortly. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From owner-freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org Sat Nov 4 21:27:57 2017 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-bugs@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 250CAE5661E for ; Sat, 4 Nov 2017 21:27:57 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org (kenobi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::16:76]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client did not present a certificate) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 13BB9831D2 for ; Sat, 4 Nov 2017 21:27:57 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from bugs.freebsd.org ([127.0.1.118]) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2) with ESMTP id vA4LRuPF091182 for ; Sat, 4 Nov 2017 21:27:56 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) From: bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org To: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Subject: [Bug 223435] [acpi] FreeBSD 12-CURRENT r325397: Battery not charging on HP EliteBook 1040 G1 Date: Sat, 04 Nov 2017 21:27:57 +0000 X-Bugzilla-Reason: AssignedTo X-Bugzilla-Type: changed X-Bugzilla-Watch-Reason: None X-Bugzilla-Product: Base System X-Bugzilla-Component: kern X-Bugzilla-Version: CURRENT X-Bugzilla-Keywords: X-Bugzilla-Severity: Affects Some People X-Bugzilla-Who: neel@neelc.org X-Bugzilla-Status: New X-Bugzilla-Resolution: X-Bugzilla-Priority: --- X-Bugzilla-Assigned-To: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org X-Bugzilla-Flags: X-Bugzilla-Changed-Fields: Message-ID: In-Reply-To: References: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable X-Bugzilla-URL: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/ Auto-Submitted: auto-generated MIME-Version: 1.0 X-BeenThere: freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.23 Precedence: list List-Id: Bug reports List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Sat, 04 Nov 2017 21:27:57 -0000 https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D223435 --- Comment #1 from Neel Chauhan --- Since the DSDT file was too large to upload, I have uploaded to GitHub Gist: https://gist.github.com/neelchauhan/66de1e49d8347c93ed58e3f357eca23a --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From owner-freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org Sat Nov 4 21:31:40 2017 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-bugs@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 2BFC9E56889 for ; Sat, 4 Nov 2017 21:31:40 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org (kenobi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::16:76]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client did not present a certificate) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 1992683453 for ; Sat, 4 Nov 2017 21:31:40 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from bugs.freebsd.org ([127.0.1.118]) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2) with ESMTP id vA4LVd5Y000201 for ; Sat, 4 Nov 2017 21:31:39 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) From: bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org To: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Subject: [Bug 223435] [acpi] FreeBSD 12-CURRENT r325397: Battery not charging on HP EliteBook 1040 G1 Date: Sat, 04 Nov 2017 21:31:40 +0000 X-Bugzilla-Reason: AssignedTo X-Bugzilla-Type: changed X-Bugzilla-Watch-Reason: None X-Bugzilla-Product: Base System X-Bugzilla-Component: kern X-Bugzilla-Version: CURRENT X-Bugzilla-Keywords: X-Bugzilla-Severity: Affects Some People X-Bugzilla-Who: neel@neelc.org X-Bugzilla-Status: New X-Bugzilla-Resolution: X-Bugzilla-Priority: --- X-Bugzilla-Assigned-To: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org X-Bugzilla-Flags: X-Bugzilla-Changed-Fields: Message-ID: In-Reply-To: References: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable X-Bugzilla-URL: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/ Auto-Submitted: auto-generated MIME-Version: 1.0 X-BeenThere: freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.23 Precedence: list List-Id: Bug reports List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Sat, 04 Nov 2017 21:31:40 -0000 https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D223435 --- Comment #2 from Neel Chauhan --- Here's an example.
