Hello!

I notice here: https://svnweb.freebsd.org/base/head/release/packages/runtime.ucl?revision=308945&view=markup#l33

That /tmp is included, but there's nothing to make sure the sticky bit
gets set on /tmp and it wipes out the sticky bit if it's already set
on /tmp. As somewhat expected, this breaks things on a pkgbase
upgrade.

Are there any plans to include this capability here, or is that just a
thing that should get added to the post-install script since it's
likely not an issue anywhere else?

Thanks,

Kyle Evans
