In the past, these tasks were performed with paper and pen, which made them prone to error, difficult to conduct on a large scale, and high in transaction costs. ICT tools such as mobile devices and software that allows users to create surveys, collect, manage and upload data to storage facilities in real-time, have reduced the conventional challenges associated with remote data collection and M&E. If you have always wanted to learn how to collect, manage and analyze project data using mobile devices, this training course is for you. This training course also comes with additional M&E and GIS modules to help participants put the skills acquired into perspective. The GIS module will help participants to work with spatial data. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? The course is designed for different representatives: government, project teams, NGOs, multi and bilateral development organizations, consultancies, etc, that are typically employed as project managers and directors, M&E specialists, technical specialists, and researchers. DURATION 5 Days COURSE OBJECTIVES The course gives the participants the knowledge, tools and techniques to gather data for project/programme using innovative Mobile data gathering Technology. At the end of the course, you will become familiar with using ICT tools and methods to conduct data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting. REQUIREMENTS This training is designed for participants who are reasonably proficient in English and have basic ICT knowledge. COURSE CONTENT Section I M&E and Mobile data collection Benefits of Mobile data collection for M&E Introduction to common mobile based data collection platforms Challenges of Mobile Based Data Collection Data aggregation, storage, and dissemination Section II Overview of available mobile phone based data collection platforms. I am able to reproduce using a thunderbird package from pkg.freebsd.org but does not happen under windows = 10. My theory is that the code is subtracting instead of adding an hour. I test= ed this by setting the system time back before DST took effect and the problem went away. I took a stab at finding the place where TOC date formatting occurs but thunderbird is just too big for someone who doesn't work on it. I'll attach a couple of screen grabs that show the problem. I test= ed this by setting the system time back before DST took effect and the problem went away. I took a stab at finding the place where TOC date formatting occurs but thunderbird is just too big for someone who doesn't work on it. I'll attach a couple of screen grabs that show the problem. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.= From owner-freebsd-gecko@freebsd.org Fri Apr 12 23:00:17 2019 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-gecko@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:606c::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 5E33215887C0 for ; Fri, 12 Apr 2019 23:00:17 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (mailman.ysv.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::50:5]) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id DC415911D9 for ; Fri, 12 Apr 2019 23:00:16 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) id 9B79815887BF; Fri, 12 Apr 2019 23:00:16 +0000 (UTC) Delivered-To: gecko@mailman.ysv.freebsd.org Received: from mx1.freebsd.org (mx1.freebsd.org [IPv6:2610:1c1:1:606c::19:1]) by mailman.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 890E015887BE for ; Fri, 12 Apr 2019 23:00:16 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from mxrelay.ysv.freebsd.org (mxrelay.ysv.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::19:3]) (using TLSv1.3 with cipher TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 (256/256 bits) server-signature RSA-PSS (4096 bits) client-signature RSA-PSS (4096 bits) client-digest SHA256) (Client CN "mxrelay.ysv.freebsd.org", Issuer "Let's Encrypt Authority X3" (verified OK)) by mx1.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 1BA6A911D8 for ; Fri, 12 Apr 2019 23:00:16 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org (kenobi.freebsd.org [IPv6:2001:1900:2254:206a::16:76]) (using TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)) (Client did not present a certificate) by mxrelay.ysv.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 49D2E2804 for ; Fri, 12 Apr 2019 23:00:15 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: from kenobi.freebsd.org ([127.0.1.118]) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2) with ESMTP id x3CN0FPR010891 for ; Fri, 12 Apr 2019 23:00:15 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) Received: (from www@localhost) by kenobi.freebsd.org (8.15.2/8.15.2/Submit) id x3CN0FXf010890 for gecko@FreeBSD.org; Fri, 12 Apr 2019 23:00:15 GMT (envelope-from bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org) X-Authentication-Warning: kenobi.freebsd.org: www set sender to bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org using -f From: bugzilla-noreply@freebsd.org To: gecko@FreeBSD.org Subject: [Bug 237248] mail/thunderbird: TOC time off by 2 hours when DST is in effect Date: Fri, 12 Apr 2019 23:00:15 +0000 X-Bugzilla-Reason: AssignedTo X-Bugzilla-Type: changed X-Bugzilla-Watch-Reason: None X-Bugzilla-Product: Ports & Packages X-Bugzilla-Component: Individual Port(s) X-Bugzilla-Version: Latest X-Bugzilla-Keywords: X-Bugzilla-Severity: Affects Only Me X-Bugzilla-Who: leres@freebsd.org X-Bugzilla-Status: New X-Bugzilla-Resolution: X-Bugzilla-Priority: --- X-Bugzilla-Assigned-To: gecko@FreeBSD.org X-Bugzilla-Flags: maintainer-feedback? When I tested the pkg.freebsd.org version of thunderbird I tried to elimina= te things that are custom in my environment. So I moved my ~/.thunderbird directory and configured it to talk to an imaps server from scratch. But al= l of the dependent ports were from my build server. I have a ubuntu desktop I use for testing and I configured one imaps server= on it and it works correctly. Given that I can only reproduce this on FreeBSD I looked for files in freeb= sd directories and found some javascript that is doing date things. How is the message list pane rendered?
