            Bug ID: 248679
Summary: x11/kde5: KDE5 fails to start in a VirtualBux VM
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: kde@FreeBSD.org

          Assignee: kde@FreeBSD.org
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(kde@FreeBSD.org)

I followed the 5.7.2 KDE5 section here
https://www.freebsd.org/doc/handbook/x11-wm.html On a freshly installed
13-CURRENT VM I:
1. Installed x11/kde5 and x11/sddm
2. Added the /proc line
3. Added 3 lines to /etc/rc.conf
4. Rebooted

The login prompt appears, and after login/password combination is entered t=
he
colorful wallpaper is shown and nothing else appears.
I was expecting to see the "Start" button and at least one panel.

What might be wrong?
