No. I am not saying to make that FreeBSd should make special
arrangements. I'm agreeing with the previous point, and possibly
yours. It's not in the best interest of all involve to create
special tools for each vendor. The solution of providing a single
point of reference seems to be the best way to go. I'm not even
advocating a change.

Yes, I do use the systems provide by FreeBSD and the community.
I'm not sure what this is about, but if you have further points, I'd
like to hear them. Please feel free to write me personally with regards
to these points. I'd be happy to discuss them with you and keep your
remarks personal (if you feel needed).
